My sister framed this quote with a picture of us when I turned 21. It was one of the most thoughtful and heartfelt gifts that had me in tears from the moment I pulled away the wrapping paper. Gina knows me far too well… probably better than I might know myself sometimes. This is most-likely due to us being practically inseparable from the moment I was born (she is 15 months older) and then developing the mentality when growing up that it was ‘us against the world’ in any situation we faced. I had her heart with me in every decision I made and she had mine. 31 years later, I still carry her with me every day, through ever life experience and every thought I consciously and subconsciously have.
I carry her heart, I carry it in my heart.

This is so beautiful, James. Anyone who has ever spent more than a minute with the two of you knows you are far more than sisters. They can see how deep your bond runs. They know that you share a lifelong connection that many would be lucky to experience. Thank you for sharing this beautiful quote that means so much to you!

Since the day you were born, you and G have had a beautiful connection. Something I have always envied and wished that I had with my sisters growing up. Sure, you had your disagreements, but I never saw one that could not be surpassed. You are more than sisters and you are more than friends. Everything that you wrote here today is a testament to the remarkable relationship you have always had. LUBA
